Section 13(1) in North East Frontier Technical University (Neftu) Arunachal Pradesh Act, 2014
(1)The Campus of University shall be at any place in Aalo and ordinarily within the state of Arunachal Pradesh and if may have Campuses, Regional Centers, Study Centers anywhere in India & Abroad; after five years of its coming into existence as per guideline of the UGC Act 1956 and the Arunachal Pradesh Colleges and other Institutions of Higher Education (Establishment and Regulation Act, 2010) and the UGC (Establishment and Maintenance Standards in Private Universities) Regulation, 2003 clause 3.3 of the Regulation.
