Section 2(20) in The Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Regulation Act, 1977
(20)[ "private school" means a recognised school established or administered by a Management, other than the Government or a local authority; [ ] [Clause (20) shall be deemed to have been substituted with effect from the 7th August, 1987, by Maharashtra 23 of 1989, Section 2.] ]
