Section 16(2A) in The Maharashtra Employees Of Private Schools (Conditions Of Service) Regulations Act, 1977
(2A)The power to make rules under clauses (a) to (d) conferred by subsection (2) shall include the power to give retrospective effect to the rules or any of them but no retrospective effect shall be given to any rule so as to prejudicially affect the interests of any person to whom such rule may be applicable.
