Section 36(2) in Road Transport Corporations Act, 1950
(2)The Corporation shall give to the person or persons so appointed all facilities for the proper conduct of the Enquiries and shall produce before, or furnish to the person or persons any document, account or information in the possession of the Corporation which such person or persons demand for the purposes of the Enquiries.
