9. Power to make arrangements for supply of water.
- It shall be lawful for the officer-in-charge of the fire fighting operations to draw water from any source in the area which he considers necessary for such operations and on such occasions as may be required and the authority or owner or the occupier having control over such water resources shall supply water for that purpose at such rates as may be prescribed.
