Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State as also perused the material available on record.
By means of the present application filed under Section 483 Cr.P.C., the applicant has prayed for a direction to the court below, namely, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lalitpur to decide the Case No. 3198 of 2019 (Devendra Kumar Vs. Ramakant & Another), under Section 138 N.I. Act, Police Station-Jakhaura, District-Lalitpur within stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court After hearing the learned A.G.A. for the State and perusing the materials brought on record as well as without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is disposed of by providing that the court below shall consider and decide the above mentioned case, in accordance with law, by means of a reasoned and speaking order, expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order if there is no other legal impediment.
