1. Vide order dated 23.09.2016 it was directed that the present appeal be listed alongwith LA Appeal No.515/2009. Today, learned senior counsel for the appellant submits that the said appeal pertains to an entirely different award and therefore, prays that the direction to list the present LA Appeal No.515/2009 be recalled. The said statement is taken on record and it is directed that the present appeal need not be listed with LA Appeal No.515/2009.
2. However, today since this Court is already hearing a batch of part heard matters, it would not be possible to take up the appeals for disposal today.
3. In the meanwhile, it will be open for the parties to file their respective written submissions not running into more than ten pages. It is however, made clear that in case if any of the parties fail to file their written submissions, the matter would not be adjourned on this ground.
