16. Savings.
- Notwithstanding the supersession, the Bihar Consumer Protection Rules, 1987 (as amended from time to time), anything done or any action taken under the said Rules shall not be hereby affected.Any circular or order issued by the State Government earlier repugnant to these amended Rules shall be deemed repealed.
