105.
(a)For expendable stores and forms stock book shall be kept by the officials incharge of the department in form 14 in which a separate page or pages according to requirements shall be allotted to each kind of stores or form.(b)The stock books shall be closed monthly and the balance verified by the officer who keeps the book.
