Section 2(f) in The Industrial Statistics (Labour) Rules, 1954
(f)"Statistics Authority" means the Officer appointed under section 4 of the Act to be Statistics Authority for the purposes of collecting statistics in respect of the matters specified in clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Act.
