Section 8(1) in The Rules For the Administration, Admission and Rehabilitation of Persons in Homes and Shelters, 1970
(1)The institutions of Homes and Shelters will admit men or women, as the case may be, according to their eligibility defined in rules 2(i), 6 and 7 above.
