4. Calculation of registration and inspection fees.
- Every application under Sub-section (1) of Section 7 and Sub-section (4) of Section 8 of the Act shall be accompanied by a fee calculated on the basis of boiler rating as prescribed under Regulation 384. The formula for calculating the boiler rating shall be as prescribed in Regulation 383.
