Section 1(a) in The Punjab General Sales Tax (Amendment and Validation) Act, 1987
(a)for the words and figures "the Punjab General Sales Tax Act, 1948", the words and figures "the Punjab general Sales Tax Act, 1948 as in force in the Union Territory to Chandigarh" shall be substituted;
