Section 19(6)(ii) in The Chhattisgarh Primary Education Act, 1961

(ii)that circumstances has arisen which provide a reasonable excuse for non-attendance; and thereupon the attendance authority may, after holding an inquiry in this prescribed manner, cancel modify the attendance order.
