Section 31(2) in The West Bengal Non-Agricultural Tenancy Act, 1949
(2)The Revenue Officer may, of his own motion or on the application of any party aggrieved, at any time before a settlement rent-roll is submitted to the confirming authority under section 32, revise any entry therein:Provided that no such entry shall be revised until reasonable notice has been given to the parties concerned to appear and be heard in the matter.
