Section 9(2) in The Gujarat Special Economic Zone Act, 2004
(2)The [Approval Committee] [Substituted for 'Unit Approval Committee' by Gujarat 24 of 2007, dated 18th August 2007] shall supervise and monitor clearance, approvals, licences or registrations granted by it and may take appropriate action under the relevant applicable laws for breach of or non-compliance of any terms and conditions of any such clearance, approval, licence or registration.
