Himgiri Castings Pvt. Ltd.
The Court :- Mr. Khaitan appearing for the respondent submits that as far as prayer for
condonation of delay is concerned he leaves this matters with the Court.
Having been satisfied with the cause shown in the petition we condone the delay. Delay is about 176 days. We thus allow the application.
Let the appeal come up for admission of hearing on next Wednesday. Application is disposed of.
