Section 89 in Rajasthan Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 2017
89. Status of pending applications.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in these rules, all the pending applications except saved under rule 4 and rule 5, on the date of notification of these rules shall be deemed to have been rejected:Provided that on and after the commencement of these rules, all applications including those rejected under the Rajasthan Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1986 or rejected under notification dated 3rd April 2013 or subsequently restored shall be deemed to have been rejected and such applicant shall have no locus standai under these rules.
