- In any fiery seam or gassy seam of the second or third degree or where the Regional Inspector may require by an order in writing, all unused working which have not been sealed off, shall, once at least in every seven days, be inspected by a competent person for the presence of inflammable or noxious gas and a report of every such inspection shall be recorded in a bound paged book kept for the purpose, duly signed and dated by the person who made the inspection.
