Section 7(1) in West Bengal Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010
(1)The licensing authority, if satisfied that the applicant and the clinical establishment has fulfilled such standards as may be prescribed, shall register the clinical establishment and shall grant a license in duplicate in respect of the clinical establishment in such form as may be prescribed.
