Section 10(2) in Uttarakhand Protection of Interests of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) Act, 2005
(2)No court including the court constituted under the Presidency Towns Insolvency Act, 1909 (Act No. 3 of 1909) and the Provincial Insolvency Act, 1920 (Act No.5 of 1920) other than the Designated Court shall have jurisdiction in respect of any matter to which the provisions of this Act are invoked.
