4. Amendment of section 71.
- In section 71 of the said Act, -(a)for the words "ten rupees", the words "fifty rupees" shall be substituted;(b)for the words "two rupees", the words "five rupees" shall be substituted;(c)for the words "one rupee", the words "three rupees" shall be substituted;(d)for the words "eight annas", the words "one rupee" shall be substituted.
