Section 81(3) in The Employees' Provident Funds Scheme, 1952

(3)For paragraph 26, the following paragraph shall be substituted, namely:-"26. Class of employees entitled and required to join the fund - (1)(a) Every cine-worker to whom this Scheme applies, other than an excluded employee, shall be entitled and required to become a member of the Fund from the beginning of the month following that in which this paragraph comes into force, if on the date of such coming into force he had worked in not less than three feature films with one or more producers.Explanation - "Feature film" means "feature film" as defined in clause (f) of section 2 of the Cine-Workers and Cinema Theatre Workers (Regulation of Employment) Act, 1981 (50 of 1981).
(b)Every cine-worker employed to do any work, in or in relation to any feature film in a film production unit to which this Scheme applies, other than an excluded employee, shall be entitled and required to become a member of the Fund from the beginning of the month following that in which this paragraph comes into force in such film production unit, if on the date of such coming into force, such employee is a subscriber to a provident fund maintained in respect of the establishment or in respect of another establishment under the same employer.
