Section 35(1) in Andhra Pradesh Excise (Grant of licence to sell Toddy, Conditions of Licence and Tapping of Excise Trees) Rules 2007
(1)A Licensee who desires to have any person as his employee for acting on his behalf as an agent or servant, shall make an application in that behalf to the Station House Officer concerned, affixing court fee stamp of the value of rupee one and obtain a Nowkarnama in Form 'A' on payment of a fees of rupees two:Provided that the Licensee under Tree for Taper" Scheme may authorize his spouse to sell toddy on his behalf under prior intimation of such authorization to the Prohibition & Excise Inspector concerned under acknowledgement.
