(6)If the Commission decides to revoke the licence, the Commission shall give the notice of the revocation to the licensee specifying the effective date from which such revocation shall take effect. The notice for revocation of licence, shall be in such form as the Commission may direct. The Commission may, at its discretion, order refund in part, the annual license fee in case of revocation of licence.
