Section 407(2)(ii) in The Bihar Municipal Act, 2007

(ii)to assist the Chief Municipal Officer or any other officer or other employee of the Municipality requiring his aid for the lawful exercise of any power vested in the Municipality or the Chief Municipal Officer or such other officer or other employee under this Act or the Rules or the Regulations made thereunder.
