Section 23(4) in Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce and Livestock) Markets Act, 1966
(4)Any person, who willfully acts in contravention of the provisions of Sections 17 or Section 17-A shall on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term, which shall not be less than three months but which may extend to six months and with fine, which may extend to one thousand rupees:Provided that the Court may, for adequate and special reasons to be mentioned in the judgment impose a sentence of imprisonment for a term of less than three months.
