Section 3(5)(i) in The Plants, Fruits And Seeds (Regulation Of Import Into India) Order, 1989

(i)All the consignments for consumption, sowing and propagation or planting shall be imported into India only through entry points notified by the Central Government from time to time in this behalf, provided that all consignments of dry fruits, fresh fruits and vegetables for consumption, imported from Afghanistan, Pakistan and West Asian countries by land shall be imported only through Attari-Wagha Border.
