Section 10 in Maharashtra Educational Institutions (Prohibition of Capitation Fee) Act, 1987
10. Act to have overriding effect.
The provisions of this Act or the rules and orders made or issued thereunder, shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other law for the time being in force or in any instrument having effect by virtue of such law.
