(2)Such voucher shall contain,-(a)amount or, as the case may be, the quantity of loan advanced;(b)sufficient description of movable or immovable property pledged or mortgaged, as the case may be, so as to enable identification of property;(c)the rate of interest chargeable on the loan advanced;(d)where movable property is being pledged, acknowledgement of the delivery of such movable property by the debtor and receipt thereof by the money-lender; and(e)such other particulars as may be prescribed.
