(2)A copy of the notice prepared under sub-rule (1) shall be exhibited on the notice board of the Institution and a copy shall be sent to each of the offices of the Education Officer, District Education Officer and the Divisional Superintendent of Education for exhibiting it on the notice board of their respective offices.
