Section 34D(1) in The Gujarat Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1963
(1)The Board shall meet at such time and places, and shall, subject to the provisions of sub-section (2) observe such rules of procedure in regard to the transactions of its business as may be provided by the regulations.
