Section 5(2) in The M.P. Electricity Duty Rules, 1949
(2)The rate of interest payable under sub-rule (1) shall be such as may be fixed by the Provincial Government by notification from time to time subject to a maximum of [24%] [Substituted by Notification No. 7727-2008-XIII-74, dated 23-11-1974.] per annum.
