Section 6(a) in The Petroleum Concession Rules, 1949
(a)(i)If the applicant is an individual, his name, nationality, profession and residence; and(ii)if the applicant is a company, syndicate, partnership or private firm, its name, nature and place of business, and, if the place of business is outside India, the name and residence of a member or duly authorised agent resident in India;
