Section 1 in The U.P. Scheduled Commodities Distribution Order, 1990

1. Short title, extent and commencement.

(1)This Order may be called the Uttar Pradesh Scheduled Commodities Distribution Order, 1990.

(2)It extends to whole of Uttar Pradesh.

(3)It shall come into force at once.
