Section 10(1)(i) in M.P. Samaj Ke Kamjor Vargon Ke Liye Vidhik Sahayata Tatha Vidhik Salah Niyam, 1977

(i)the District Committee shall by notice invite applications by such date, which shall not be latter than 1st October, as it may fix in this behalf, from the Legal Practitioner practising in the district and possessing the qualifications prescribed in sub-rule (2);
