Section 14(2) in Tamil Nadu Private Schools (Regulation) Act, 2018
(2)The school committee shall meet at such times and places and shall observe such rules of procedure as may be prescribed in regard to transaction of business at its meetings:Provided that the school committee shall meet at least once in every three months.
