9. Appointment of Planning Officer and Accounts Officer.
(1)For the effective implementation of the Act, the State Government shall appoint a Planning Officer and an Account Officer to the Authority.(2)The Planning Officer shall not be below the rank of an Assistant Director of Town Planning.(3)The Accounts Officer shall be an officer with adequate knowledge and experience of account matters.(4)The Planning officer and the Account Officer shall report to the Chief Executive Officer and shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed.
