Section 2(q) in Orissa Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2008
(q)"Storage Agent" means an agent appointed by the Orissa State Civil Supplies Corporation for transportation and/or storage of PDS commodities for and on behalf of the said corporation for their eventual distribution through the Public Distribution System;
