99. Appointment of Director of Agricultural Marketing.
- The State Government may, by notification, appoint any officer to exercise or perform such of the powers or functions of the Director of Agricultural Marketing under the provisions of this Act and the Rules made thereunder. The Director of Agriculture Marketing shall not concurrently hold the office of Managing Director of the Board.
