Section 59(1) in The Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya Act, 2000
(1)The former University shall pay such amounts of all the funds, retained or deposited in favour of the North Bengal campus, regional research stations and sub-stations of Hill and Old Alluvial Zone and Krishi Vigyan Kendra at Kalimpong, to the University immediately after the appointed day, as the State Government may direct.
