Section 275(1) in The City of Panaji Corporation Act, 2002
(1)If any building so situated as to be inaccessible to a fire-engine or as to cause obstruction to a fire-engine from reaching other buildings is demolished or destroyed by fire or otherwise, the Commissioner may by a notice in writing addressed to the owner of the building demolished or destroyed as aforesaid, direct that no building shall be erected which would be inaccessible to a fire-engine or which would cause obstruction to a fire-engine from reaching other building.
