6. Prospecting operation to be carried out in accordance with scheme of prospecting.
- Every holder of a prospecting license shall carry out the prospecting operations in accordance with the scheme of prospecting submitted under rule 4 or with such modifications, if any, as intimated under rule 5 or as directed by the Controller General or the authorised officer.
