4. Procedure for Processing application for driving licence.
[Section 28]. - On receipt of an application for grant of a learner's licence or driving licence, as the case may be, in terms of the provisions of Section 8 or Section 9, the licensing authority shall process the application for the grant of a licence under the provisions of the Act.
