Section 9(2) in The Orissa Fisheries Ministerial Service Rules, 1976
(2)If any Lower Division Clerk or Upper Division Clerk without satisfactory reasons within such time as may be allowed in that behalf to join the office to which he is transferred in pursuance of the provision of this rule he may be liable to disciplinary proceedings.
