Section 54(1) in Gujarat Panchayats (Second Amendment) Act, 1963
(1)in sub-section (1), after the words "services of the State" the word and figures "and such number of officers or servants allotted or transferred to a panchayat under section 157 or 168 but not allocated to the Panchayat Service under section 206" shall be inserted;
