Section 4(2) in The Central Warehousing Corporation Rules, 1963
(2)The term of office of a director nominated by the Central Government under the proviso to sub-section (1) of section 7, for the first constitution of the Board shall be two years :Provided that the Central Government may extend the term of office of such director for a further period not exceeding one year.
