Section 1 in Chhattisgarh Municipalities (Procedure for Conduct of Business) Rules, 2016
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Chhattisgarh Municipalities (Procedure for Conduct of Business) Rules, 2016.(2)They shall come into force in the Municipal Corporation and Municipal Councils in the State with effect from the date of their publication in the official gazette :Provided that the State Government may by notification, make these rules also applicable to the Nagar Panchayats in the State.
