Section 48(iv) in The Manual of Procedure for Alternative Disputes Resolution 2009 to be Used by the Courts in the State of Rajasthan as Well as by the Arbitrators for Disposal of Cases
(iv)Unless the arbitrator directs otherwise, the party requesting the appearance of a person or the production of document shall bear reasonable cost of such appearance and/or production.
