                      for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 17.12.2008
                      passed in G.O.Ms.No.432 of the first respondent rejecting petitioner's

                      application dated 23.02.2008 for renewal of certificate of practicing as
                      Notary in the area of Tirunelveli District and quash the same
                      consequently directing the first respondent to renew the petitioner's
                      certificate of practising as Notary.
